Cognitive Impairment Cards - 2" x 3.5" cards discreetly inform personnel when taking the elder for services such as haircuts, pedicures, flight attendants, etc.

Wrist Key Chain & Coin Purse - can be attached together and hung in a designated place for all companions to use while working

Daily progress notes:
This daily log communicates the elder's current health needs, records highlights from the day, any behaviors of concern, meals, hygiene tasks check-off, chores completed and the companion's signature.
