Thoughtfully designed in printed, analogue form, The Nest Box keeps essential information, daily tasks, and helpful tools organized and within easy reach, helping make the home run more smoothly and efficiently.

Inside the companion binder:

Purple house key ring

Sections 1-5 contents:

#1 - the Handbook listing the details of the elder's personhood
#2 - the Addendum listing health related items such as doctors, hospital, insurance, family contact information, etc.

#5 - Master documents to be copied as new employees are hired

Companions' tools:

Companions' Journal - used by the team to communicate information about running the home that are not related to care

5"x7" Plexiglass frame - use to switch out the photo and name of the companion working that day
Cognitive Impairment Cards - 2" x 3.5" cards discreetly inform personnel when taking the elder for services such as haircuts, pedicures, flight attendants, etc.
Wrist Key Chain & Coin Purse - can be attached together and hung in a designated place for all companions to use while working

Daily progress notes:

This daily log communicates the elder's current health needs, records highlights from the day, any behaviors of concern, meals, hygiene tasks check-off, chores completed and the companion's signature.
