Returns of Products
If the service or product you have purchased is cancelled within 15 days of the purchase date a full refund will be issued of the purchase amount. If returned within 30 days from the purchase date we will refund 50% of the purchase amount. There will be no refund after 30 days from the purchase date. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Returns of Damaged Goods
If a product is received damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of purchasing the product. Please take photographs of the damage. and send them to us within the 15 day period. You must indicate if you wish to have the item replaced or have your money refunded. If you contact us outside of 30 days from the purchase date we will not issue a refund or replacement. Please note, if the product was damaged in shipping the customer may still be required to pay for return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
