Guide to Using the Purple Nest Printable Documents
If you are caring for a parent with dementia at home, these documents will be helpful tools in setting up the Purple Nest Home Care Model. They are designed to be printed out and placed in three-ring binders for the companions to use. Some documents are to be posted around the home.
You are free to alter any of these documents to best suite the needs of the elder, the family and/or support team.

For your convenience, we have supplied most of these documents as both PDFs and Microsoft Office files, (which can be easily edited). If the reader wishes to alter the files and does not have Microsoft Office the files can be uploaded to Google Drive and altered there. Also, if the reader has a full version of Adobe PDF, they can alter the files through that software.

The files are named according to their chapter number and their sequence to correspond with the handbook. Example: 3.1 Phase Two Sample Schedule (from Chapter 3).
