Judy Schiller is a former professor and an accomplished organizational development professional with over thirty years’ experience in human resources, educational administration, and training. Judy’s strengths include increasing individual and team performance through empowerment and improved processes, managing change, and finding creative solutions to challenging problems. Judy is trilingual in English, Spanish, and German after residing in several countries in Europe and Central America.

A multifaceted professional, Judy wears many “hats” in her multiple small businesses, including daily money manager, bookkeeper, trainer, and ceremony celebrant. She has a master’s degree in adult education and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and German. Judy also has an advanced certification in Interior Alignment, a feng shui school.

Judy initially became involved in Lucy’s life in a limited capacity to help with bookkeeping and taxes. Over the years, her role in facilitating positive life changes for Lucy increased exponentially, eventually leading to the creation of the Purple Nest Home Care Model, which offers a higher quality of life for elders with dementia. For this, she refers to Lucy as one of her greatest life teachers! Judy is thrilled to be part of bringing this extremely high-quality model of care to as many people as possible.
